At Heatons Furniture Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient time window to collect the items from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item arrives back at our outlet and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
